Whoa - that's quite a lot. You're serious about this stuff.
My gut is still a little tender from those hanging leg raise thingies a couple of days ago. Today I'll probably do a little running, just enough to warm up. It's leg day - squats, stiff-legged dead lifts, and leg press. The leg press machine in my gym is angled so that you push the sled up on a diagonal - legs up, head down. It's pretty cool to try to stand up quickly after doing a set or two - either you get that momentary "leg press high" or you sit back down again very quickly. Leg day is probably my favorite - it's just about the only time I get to use the big plates.
