I read that Kirstey Alley (sp?) toned up by turning up her favorite music and just dancing around her house with a friend.
Sounds like fun and I think I'll do it. I've got a good funk CD, and I think maybe I'll get some old favorite dancing tunes at the library. In college, I never gained weight because I walked everywhere and went out dancing most weekends. Of course, a younger metabolism helped, too. But I want to have fun again.
Yeah, why not. Me and the kids sometimes turn the music loud and dance like a bunch of wacos, and although I wouldn't want anyone to see me do it, it's fun!
