Know what affair recovery feels like to me?

Starting anew and into a better, much healthier relationship, away from addiction, selfishness, etc!!! A chance to truly be happy.

It's about learning that even though I had a good relationship before in one dating relationship, there is the possibility of an even better one out there.

Happy Easter Kats....

Am researching online how to give Easter Bunnies baths in case I am called upon to help care for a new pet in case I visit you.

May today bring hope, peace, and joy into each of our lives.

Happy Easter to you, Kats, and everyone.  We have a blizzard here and did not make it to church.  We might venture out this afternoon, tho.

Every day is Easter for those who believe.

Right back atcha, Kat.

For the first time ever, the kids got promoted to the grownup table at Easter Dinner. The kids' godmother thought it might be about time, as the oldest two turn 21 this year, and her youngest one just turned 13.

These are the good old days, indeed. I remember these years with family being really special when I was between about 18 and 23. What I didn't realize is that the good years would come back around again when my own kids got to that same age.

Chris.

I hope you all had a wonderful day today!!

Chris, I love to sit at the kid's table - you can eat dessert first, not use your utensils, and that's where all the funny people are!!

Monica

My yesterdays are all boxed up - and neatly put away.

I'm noticing this since I'm dating a guy who has 18 and 20-year-old boys. We thoroughly enjoy sitting around chatting with them. They are great kids and can be a lot of fun.

We had a small gathering this year - on purpose - Michael, my H's son came for Easter lunch along with one of his "cousins" (long story).

Michael is now 19 ...with a estranged relationship with his father due to his mother's unwillingness to compromise.

He and I talked - really talked - his eyes got wide opened - and he cried - he had been missing so much, he had been lied to so much.

I KNEW, I knew at one point the young man would turn around given time, and he has. His mother and her companion left this area in January. He is struggling trying to find himself - a little tough love is being applied by his father BUT they are talking, relating and this is the break thru I had waited for YEARS!!

It was a good day

And as you walk you make your path Kat
