I discovered that my W of 20 years, had a 3 month (or so she says) A with a former coworker. I actually thought it was happening now. I am lost, angry, ashamed, and must of all hurt - it cuts so deeply I can not even attempt to discribe how i feel. My kids are foremost in decision making process right now. I don't know where to turn, or what to do. I am sharing and reading because i hope to find some direction. She seems remorseful - i just can't believe this.
