Well, I guess me and my wife are the new kids on the block to UCCG. We have only been chainsaw carving for a little over a year, but we jumped in with both feet.
I also just set up a web site this week, it's my first attempt at doing so. It contains tons of pictures of the different things we have done. Since we browsed many of your sight for ideas, I hope you don't mind if we try to return the favor...we would love to hear any criticism or feedback you have on the site...
Hey
Website looks great and i'd like to welcome you!!!! A great bunch of people linger round this spot, it's a great place to share and learn and make lots of friends
Thanks Karrie
I am very happy with the site. Now just to get those search engines to find me. lol
I look forward to learning more and developing as a carver.
Welcome to UCCG. I noticed you are from the Branson area. There are a couple of good carvers down there Roy and Kay. I also live in Missouri, Lake of the Ozarks in Camdenton. We will have to meet sometime, we are too close not to and I make frequent trips down there. Send me an address I can look up when I'm there, I will come visit you. Again, Welcome !
My wife and I look forward to meeting up with you. I Have had the pleasure of meeting with Roy and Kay. They were a geat help in getting to know the area a little more. I tried to get Sam (my wife) To carve in Eureka Springs,AR last spring, but we checked it out instead. We have also had the pleasure of Carving with Luke Harris Out of Alton,Il. And I belive he has her talked into Eureka Springs and Another one up outside St.Louis, next year. If I can get her to those two I'd guess Quincy not that much futher.
Great work displayed on your site. Welcome to the UCCG and make sure to post your new pix of pieces. It is great to see what others are producing .. both for helpful tips and ..well ... smiles. Those bears are
C---ute!
Hi S&S. Your site is nice, fast, and well laid out. I like it!. I see by your email that you have wildblue, I have had Hughes for a couple years now. It works good most of the time (fingers crossed). Welcome to the UCCG. It's still the busy, busy, summer season, but soon things will pick back up around here..
My wife Sam might get a chance to get on here this winter, as for now she's Caving her little heart out. I on the other hand have the site up and really need to get off the web long enought to get some orders done.
We will try in get some pics updated from time to time.
Yep first website. Of course I used all of Godaddy's templates.
If ya have a broadband connection it would of been only a few nights of work. But My Satelite connection has one heck of a delay. Well It;s too nice. I gotta get back to carving.
