IT IS WITH A HEAVY HEART
Hello all Members, directors, president & what have you.
I was asked to join this Guild to help move the art that we do forward & I have done this without any hesitation since the beginning & right up until the end. I have prided myself on my honesty all my life & lived by this fully. When negative posts & comments started showing up from certain directors about a Karrie, I was put in a difficult situation. Should I tell the person being talked about or not?
Due to the situation that has developed, mostly due to inaction of some of the directors involved within the board & the degeneration of our presidents ability to communicate within the directors board & continuous secret phone calls behind the scenes I was left with no choice. The president has not communicated with me since attending Ridgway, then the sequence of events of accusations & blame to Karrie for what seemed “everything that went wrong”. Karrie has been a good friend & associate before, during & after her involvement with the UCCG & due to this I have been forced to break my own rule. I had seen helping her defend herself as the “most” correct path of the two wrongs being done. Charge me if you like?
Jerry has reacted against every request from the new directors including myself with accusations & evading the requests with very suspicious actions. He has now brought Cindy into the blame also & made many sarcastic statements against her. It was requested by Lance Kellogg, Gabby Gamble, Cindy King & myself, multiple times, to open the directors board to the members for all to see so they could judge but we were kindly denied & the President evaded the requests to this also. We have still not received a full reports of the records including all receipts & there are still many unanswered questions being evaded?
I, Robbin Wenzoski to formally resign my position as Director of the UCCG as of 6:00 AM, December 12, 2007. I do not apologize to Jerry Schieffer for my actions because he is totally responsible for the development of such a critical situation, but I do to Ed Meyers, Jen Ruth, Lance Kellogg, Cindy King & Gabby Gamble. I do not apologize to Steve Backus either as all will see him clearly!
Once the directors forum is opened to view publicly I am sure all members will see & form a clear picture of who these people are & what battle we, “the group” have been through for a while now to try & make things right.
As Members of the UCCG you should insist on having access to the Directors Forum. Once the directors forum is opened to view publicly I am sure all members will see & form a clear picture of who these people are & what a battle we, Cindy, Lance, Gabby and myself have been through for a while now to remedy the current inaction and evasion of Jerry. I cannot see any point in being involved with such corruption any more!

According to the bylaws, a resignation may not be accepted as the board does not consist of 9 members,
1. MANAGEMENT OF THE CORPORATION.
The Corporation shall be managed by the Board of Directors which shall consist of not less than nine directors. Each director shall be at least nineteen years of age.
it looks to me like the guild is done for right now???
no one is trying to destroy the guild, as you can see by the posts there are way too many people that CARE about the guild, about the integrity of what they support and about what is going on, the ones who are hiding the truth are the ONLY ones destroying the guild...
