Resignation

Here is a copy of my resignation as posted on the Directors Forum for the information of Members.

Jerry I have a very hard time following / understanding you. One minute you accept my resignation and then when it suits you you choose to nominate me for an executive position and all of this while you have removed youself from voting. Your decision to remove yourself from voting was once again another smoke screen to take the focus away from Cindy's request and Robbins, Lances and my support / requests for the financials to be bought up to date and presented to the Board for ratification so as they could be presented to the membership. This is not and was not an unreasonable request and I firmly believe that the 4 directors who have persisted in persuing this matter have been treated with contempt. We are representatives of the membership and have responsibility to the membership, you have managed to divert and digress from the initial request in a very cleaver manner.For the record the 4 directors Cindy, Lance, Robbin and myself, funly enough have taken the role of Directors very seriously and have attempted to represent the Members and to look after the members interest by requesting the financials to be produced by you as you had not handed them over to the Treasurer.You have lost a number of very talented and passionate people from the Directorship who have had no other agenda other than to work for the membership and promote the 'art form' in a positive manner. In view of your inability to understand and comprehend plain english this is my formal resignation from the UCCG Board effective immediately.I do not give you any authority whatsoever to nominate me for any position within the UCCG.I do not give you any authority to continue emailing me on any matters concerning the UCCG and in particular any emails with content referring to any individual/s. I will not be drawn into any such communication.The membership should have access to the Directors Forum even if it only serves the purpose of keeping the Directors on task. i.e. working for the members.This post is posted on the Directors Forum and the Members Forum.
