Here is a site that has Carvings/sculptures sited all over the country. Check out your state and see if one of these are yours or someones you recognize. I found a few I knew.
Many of the of the sightings have a street view when you go to the map. I sure would like to know who has been doing that beautiful park in Il. "Amboy Park in Lee Co - IL"
I see AJ's carving in Hackensack is one of the featured destination points.
The three in waukesha co. Wi are just down the road from me 3mi.

Have some fun and let us know.
Jerry

I'm responsible for a few

In Indiana Jerry.
The Golfer Pulaski Co. done in '98' Started out to be 6' tall but was rotten at the top so keep cutting it off till findley hit good wood at 4 1/2 feet.
The Indian Pulaski Co. done in 98, also one of my first Indian on-sites.
The Black Bear, Starke Co. was my first Big bear on site back in '97'. Sure have come along ways with bears since then.
Corn Marshall Co. I didn't paint it.

The Mink in Pulaski Co. was done by Scott Brown and I think his brother help on it.

The Eagle Garnt Co was also done by one of the Brown brothers.

I would like to know who owned that Sculpture Gallery in Avon MN. I was on a cycle trip back in 96 or was it 98, anyways we stop in as we do when ever we see another carvers shop. He was closed. I remember looking in the window and seeing one of the coolest bar carving. Have always wondered who that place belonged to. Hope there on here.

I knew it

Doug I knew some of those had to be yours. How cool!
The Avon one you mentioned, I did a reverse search and used the telephone number you can see in the back ground. It was listed as a realitor or something and gave no clue who that Artist was. Maybe one one of the Mn. guys will chime in and solve the mystery.
Thanks for stopping by,
Jerry

The farmer with the watermelon...

In Sauk co WI I guess I'm guilty of. I didn't own a picture of it either, Thanks Jerry! I came from Montana to do a fisherman in Spring Green for a sports/ liqour store and ended staying a week in which time I carved The fisherman, the farmer, a 7' ear of corn with a saddle on it so kids could ride it, and a troll at the petting zoo on a bridge over the mini goats. It was a fun busy week!I had forgotten about it and these were the first 2 people carvings I ever did with a chainsaw. Thanks, Doc
