Hunt is probably my favorite of the big four auction houses (Mastro, Lelands, and Grey Flannel being the others) in terms of customer service and the availability of bargains.

Didn't Hunt used to send out free catalogues? I wish you could browse all the pics rather than clicking them one at a time.

I agree - their auction listings are very tedious. I always wait for the catalog, then use it to access detail on their web-site. I don't particularly like Hunt auctions, primarily because of the nature of the items I collect, but I have scored a few awesome items from them. I once picked up an early '30s Passon baseball uniform (grey with block "P") that was 'probably' historically significant, for beans. Such finds are possible with Hunt if you are willing to take minor monetary gambles, since their descriptions are often cryptic, incorrect, or basically non-existant. I don't know if this is true for the more modern items.
