IT LOOKS TO HAVE ALL THE CORRECT TAGGING FOR A REAL GAME USED JETER YANKEE JERSEY. IS THIS A GOOD ONE OR NOT, WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE? DAVE GROB OR SOMEONE HELP!!!!!

There are a number of problems with this Jeter jersey. First and most obvious, the #2 on the back is waaaay too large. Second, Jeter didn't wear a size 44 in 2001. Third, the paper fiber year tag on the tail looks suspect to me.

Is it me, or do there also appear to be holes above the Russell Athletic tag on the tail? Looks like someone removed a tag and did a lousy job of replacing it. This thing isn't pro cut, team issued, or anything of the sort. It's a homemade piece of junk.

I normally don't put in my 2 cents in unless the item is within my boundaries of expertise but this jersey is just one of the worst pieces of crap that I have seen on ebay.This same jersey was listed on ebay at least 4 times over the last year.

Jeter wears a size 48+2 and besides this jersey is just so bad its really not worthy for debate.

Look at the 2001 Patch. Its practically on the shoulder!

Sadly, jerseys like this fool collectors every single day. Thank God we now have a forum where hobby newbies can learn from those who know better.
