DAVE BUSHING

I bought an item with an authenticity letter from Dan Knoll and Dave Bushing.

Due to recent discoveries, I have become concerned about this item.

I sent Dave Bushing three e-mails today in regard to my concerns as I don't know Mr. Knoll's e-mail address. I was going to voice my concerns to him privately instead of voicing these concerns publicly due to the recent bashing Mr. Bushing has taken on this board and others.

From Mr. Bushings responses to this board, you would think he cared about his name and reputation, thus my desire to discuss my concerns privately with him.

As he has stated in a previous posting on this board, "As with others in this field, we are not above being in error for any number of reasons. For me, I will never be able undo what I said or wrote about any item. All I can do is ensure that any final accountability for these instances is addressed, and is addressed by me."

Of the three e-mails I sent, he did not read a single one. Every one of these were deleted before even being opened.

Mr. Bushing, do you want me to voice my concerns publicly, and give others the opportunity to bash you some more?

Please make sure to give Mr. Bushing a chance to respond before taking it public. It hasn't even been a day yet

Hi Eric,

No problem. I did not want to post anything on this board about my situation, thus my three e-mails to him.

Being as he can't delete the messages here, perhaps he will read these and contact me.

Sammy,

You may want to consider listing an e-mail address when you post..That way folks can just click on to your posting and respond directly..

Cheers,

How can you tell he deleted them before even being opened? Curious of that. Seems odd that someone would do that unless he thought they were spam/bulk and dangerous to open. I know I am being inundated on Yahoo email with tons of German spam crap that end up in my bulk mail...20 a day. I delete them before opening because they are "fishy" looking. Point is give Dave a chance.

Joe,

We both use AOL.

In regard to my original post:

Mr. Bushing has replied to my request. It appears the title of my e-mail was considered something outside of his forte, thus he deleted it.

Troy, the director of SCDA read my concerns on this board and brought that to Dave's attention. Thank you Troy

The situation is being addressed, and I am sure my concerns will be addressed to.

SCDA/Dave Bushing Policy

The item that Sammy is concerned about is a jersey which contains an autograph. This item did come with a letter from Dave and Dan. His area of concern was not with the item, but the autograph on it. In our letters that reference autographs, any mention of it in the letter is simply to state that it was present at the time we looked at it. We do not offer opinions on whether an autograph is genuine or not...

Sammy and all of our customers are very important to us. To insure the trust of our customers, I have already personally contacted Doug Allen of Mastro Net and provided Sammy with Mastro Net's return address. Doug has guaranteed that Mastro Net will stand behind this item and issue a refund with the return of the item and proper invoice. Dualing experts will not be an issue.

We apologize for any inconvenience or delay caused by the deletion of the e-mails.

Regards,

Troy R. Kinunen
Director of Authenticity, SCDA
