My statement was simple, but let me restate it more accuarately - Of the auction houses I've dealt with I've found AMI to be the most courteous and easiest to work with, and I feel ownership truly cares whether they get authentication of items right more than any other auction house. That's not knocking any other auction house, it's just my two cents from personal experiences with a number of them...
