Could you please elaborate as to the reason(s) why you will no longer do business with American or Heritage? What about Grey, are you customer?

That was a pretty generic post. Didn't say anything disparaging about those companies in this post, just that they lost my business. Why is that a problem?

It's not an innocent post. You're telling people who you won't patronize without saying why, or specifically what your experience with it is. Aaron has no problem signing his name to his posts, you should too.
If you're willing to name names, give a specific reason why, and sign your name to it.
