Why crucify Ron Fukushima?

Do you think shill bidding is an isolated thing? H-e-ll NO..It's widespread, so accept it as it happens all the time. If you don't like it don't friggin bid. Some of you are puting the nails in his coffin for what he did...Let it be. There are far worse things he could have done.

As for this site, I love it. It's making the industry worse not better. It's only a matter of time until there's a lawsuit against the owner . People go out of their way to prove other people wrong and call them crooks w/o even knowing the whole picture. Wonderful slanderous remarks abound. This is a truely a "crooks on crooks" kind of place

Look at it this way, many "stars" on these boards are corrupt, or have been in the past. I know this for a fact. Does it really matter to name the people? I just love the way they slam into other people though as they've done the same. It's really quite funny.

I was asked on numerous occasions, by email,  to join this Forum. I am always skeptical of these. I did reluctantly sign up, and stayed on ONE day, before canceling my account. Low and behold, the same bogus dealers on  ebay and elsewhere, are "stars" on this Forum. It is a very sad state of affairs in this hobby, when the "monkey's are running the zoo". I will no longer participate in such a bogus, self serving outlet as this. It is a pure joke. From the names that I recognized on this Forum, it looks like that 50-60% (maybe higher) of the participants, ARE the problem with this hobby....not the cure!

This idea of a Forum is a very good idea. Problem is, not with this group of "experts". The late great Dick Dobbins, would surely be rolling over in his grave to see where this hobby has ended up. Disgraceful. Bogus Bonds' jerseys, fake, made up items, etc.

If anyone needs help, or would like information from me; I will be more than glad to help. But, not in such a reckless forum as this.

he's right though, but he's also had times where the path he walked wasn't the straightest as well in regards to ebay auctions.

As for quite a few in here, can you be just a little crooked? Or do you have to be "just crooked"

Good strategy to defend the people who are cheating the consumers.

As for the owner of the website getting sued, if you knew anything about the law, you'd know that Eric is not responsible for people's opinions. It is so stated in the policy. If someone commits slander (where you actually have to prove damage- a very difficult endeavor) they take the heat, not the owner of the site.
if you think it's his responsibility for establishing a forum where people can have these discussions, you're wrong about that too. You can't sue ebay if someone is using their service to sell bogus baseball jerseys (someone tried it- didn't work. Judge found the seller responsible, not ebay)

I have to agree with you Mr. Anonymous- this site is making the industry worse- for people like you who have no problem with bogus items and shill bidding. Your days of doing these things with no consequences are over.

shilling is a major problem and little can be done about it. It's that simple. You have to deal with it

If you want to cast off Ron F, you would probably have to do the same to quite a few of the stars in this forum as well..I can give names, but what would that do? Spark denials and more lies....

And that's not just for shilling....
