Give me time and I'll come up with more contacts. This should be a good start.
The Minnesota Twins do indeed have three shops - Minnetonka, Apple Valley, and Roseville. I've been to all three. Minnetonka has the most jerseys, but I would have to say that Roseville has the most bats. Apple Valley has a few of each, but used to have more. I'm unsure of why it has changed.
To the best of my knowledge, the Pirates are not selling any jerseys at this time through their team shop. I was there Sunday for the auction of the Pirates-Mets Throwbacks worn 7/9/05 & checked for other game worn, used items. They did have a handful of bats at the team stores priced $50-100..Some of the names included Ruben Mateo, Ty Wingginton, a few others. Most were cracked & showed good game use. At fanfest (January) in the past, they limit customers to 5 jerseys & offer a nice LOA to go along w/ jerseys.
For those interested, the Tennessee Titans sell game worn, used items through website, although be sure to ask for the LOA at time of purchase, will save you a hassle down the road. I speak from experience, unfortunately.
Baltimore Orioles release what little they release at Fan Fest, although they did have a Memorabilia Sale last fall. All the good stuff winds up in the Babe Ruth Musuem, though. The O's only sell former (and mostly scrub) players...which is part of the reason that 99% of the Ripkens on the market are FAKE!
Last week I completed a tour of seven baseball stadiums in seven days. I kept my eyes open for game used memorabilia at each team store in the ballparks, and even looked in most if not all of the different store locations in the ballparks. Here are my findings:
Milwaukee Brewers - Nothing. They did have bricks from County Stadium for $10.00 piled up on the floor.
Chicago Cubs - Nothing. One of the independent stores adjacent to Wrigley Field had several bats.
Detroit Tigers - About 10-15 cracked bats in a bucket in the corner.
Pittsburgh Pirates - About 10 cracked bats in a bucket.
Cleveland Indians - About 30-40 jerseys, about 30 bats, 1 cap, and about 30 line up cards.
Cincinnati Reds - The best stop. Probably 100+ regular home, road, and warm up jerseys, over 100 bats, and about 50 batting helmets.
The Cardinals also have a few items in their gift shop (at least as of last weekend's Cubs series). A few stray bats, some BP tops of players that most of us have never heard of and several MLB authenticated game used balls from the playoffs last year. They also have "game used" champagne bottles from the NLCS celebration last year. A bargain at $250 for an empty bottle.
Funny enough, there was one Alex Sanchez block letter Louisville Slugger bat in the large bucket in Detroit. The team name on the bat was MILWAUKEE BREWERS.
I don't recall a price. I believe it was a natural color bat with no finish.
Sorry, I don't have the telephone number for the Tigers. I'm sure somebody else out there has it available, you can find it on the team web site, or you can call information.
Hello i have been trying to contact someone in the tigers pro shop to get the Alex Sanchez brewer bat that they have there, if someone who goes to the game can buy it for me then tell me how much it is i will send them the money and then we can deal that way. please someone help me.
Thanks to the postings on this thread I visited the Nationals store at RFK Stadium where they had a rack of game used bats and some great auto'd jerseys.
I picked up a great Jose Vidro game used Louisville Slugger which was nicely cracked and came with an MLB hologram. All bats were priced under $200.
They also had a variety of jerseys that were auto'd. I got an All Star BP jersey signed and inscribed 2005 NL All Star by Chad "Chief" Cordero.
I didn't see any Patterson game used. The other current players game used bats they had were the wonderful (lol)Cristian Guzman, Tony Blanco, and Gary Bennett. They had a bunch of players that are gone such as Jeffrey Hammonds, Zach Day, and a few others.
The Guzman bat was cracked----possibly by hitting his bat against his cleats to knock the dirt off.
The days of shortstops hitting under .200 I think ended when Mark Belanger had his last year with the Orioles in 1981 when he batted .165. I think the rule is that you have to at least hit your weight (lol). Guzman weighs around 195 so he has a ways to go!
Not counting this current season, in the last six years Guzman has made $8,430,000.00 US cold hard cash.
I assume he didn't take a pay cut this season, so in the last seven years he has made over ten million dollars.
Good for him if he can get a hit almost one every five at bats and still make about 20 times more than the base salary of The President of The United States.
I wonder if Guzman has 24/7 secret service in case of an attack...

Guzman signed a 4 year $16,800,000 deal with the Nationals.
2/24/05 Shortstop is key acquisition for the ballclub
By Bill Ladson / MLB.com
Interim general manager Jim Bowden recently said that the Nationals would be in trouble without the acquisition of Guzman.
...."Cristian Guzman is a critical part of the future of the Washington franchise. You never see a winning team without a good shortstop," Bowden said. "Cristian is only 26 years old. ... He has tremendous range. It doesn't show up in statistics, but baseball people know what it means to win baseball games.
