I noticed that http://www.ballparkheroes.net removed their fake Pujols X-Bat with a DR flag on it, has anyone dealt with this web-site, do they sell authentic game used items? Also with all of this talk about the DR flags on these bats I think we will start to see if not already alot of these X bats with no flags on them because whomever owns them will simply remove the sticker flags to sell them.

Kim is one of the best dealers around. He's been doing this a long time and has a great reputation.

Ditto on Abe's comments. There are few 100% reputable, trustworthy and PLEASANT game used dealers in the country and Kim is one of them.

Thanks for the info, I also thought they were reputable, that is why I found it odd they were selling a fake Pujols bat, I mentioned this in the "i'm a newbie" thread and it was taken off of thier website withing 48 hours.

Pujols bat

In regards to the Pujols bat I simply was not aware of the Dominican flag thing and when I found out by reading about it in SCD I removed it from our ebay store and our web site( I thought I got it off the web site sooner and didn't realize it was still on there till the other day). I returned the bat to the person I bought it from and am still awaiting a refund as we speak. If you see something in our listings that is incorrect don't hesitate to let me know. We deal in hundreds of items and I am surely not perfect and don't claim to know everything or have all the answers but we do try to get things right! I did know from prior research that Pujols had used XBats and was also under the, as it turns out, mistaken impression that this bat had come directly from Pujols.

Ball Park Heroes and Kim Stigall are the best!

Good morning fellow Forum readers-
As I mentioned in an earlier post, I have personally known, purchased and sold equipment to Kim for over 20 years. During this time, Kim has shown his true colors and professionalism. Honest? One of the most honest individuals in the hobby. Sources for his equipment? Amazing! He has provided some of the best Phillies items in my collection.

What more can one expect with the Pujols bat? It appears Kim pulled it from his inventory once he was aware there was a problem. What more can you expect him to do? Put it in a wood chipper and post photos of it being destroyed?

There are enough dealers out there and the so called "authenticators" dumping bogus jerseys and letters on the hobby to go after. Let's not drag Kim into the same arena, just for the sake of a quick joust.

Thanks Kim for protecting collectors on a potentially bad item and returning it to its sources!
