I saved a lot of photos of Vlad going back to 2003, a lot of the photos of Vlad using an X-bat it's real hard to tell if the D.R. flag is on the bat, Vlad's bats are usually loaded with pine tar all the way to the centerbrand. It's possible, but I have yet to see the flag clearly in any photos. On photos of Vlad using a X-bat with minimal tar, I have not seen a Dominican flag.
I'm not sure on Tejada. Hope this helps.
