I think GreyFlannel sold me a fake Soriano 2004 home jersey. There is no velcro between the secod and third button, there is no tag number inside the jersey wich the Rangers put to track there equipment and there is no set number on the front underneath the Majestic tag. Has anyone seen this before? I called some reputable people who deal with only Ranger equipment and they said that this is not real. This was from there last auction the lot number is 287. Can someone please help.
I think GF will slap their coa's on anything and for big money. People have heard of GF, so they assume it must be real. But they sell tons of bad stuff. I would contact them and tell them exactly what the Rangers told you. Try and get your money back or threaten them with a suit.

I would first contact MeiGray. They sold all of the Rangers jerseys will be able to assist you in tagging, Velcro, etc. Should you then determine that your shirt is bad, contact Rich Russek at Grey Flannel and present your case. Given the fact that he is still licking his wounds from the Peoples Court loss, one can only imagine he will provide you with a refund. Worst case-you may have to go see Judge Whopner with Rich and the Rangers jersey in hand!

I can tell you that every jersey worn by the Rangers and sold to us has the Rangers' unique serial numbers in them, and are tagged by set.
Tony, I have a Soriano jersey that came from Meigray. Its one of the sleeveless jerseys and it has the little serial #'d tag and it does have velcro between the buttons.
