We are a group of friends who have come together because we share the common bond of caring for someone who has Trisomy 21. We are here to share therapy tips, medical issues, laughs, accomplishments and yes, even frustrations. We embrace what Trisomy 21 has brought into our lives. We feel that it has taught us to appreciate the true meaning of life. We count our children as blessings! We will fiercely protect them and fight for their lives to be valued just as all other peoples' are. Response to Wow you are lucky...

for an ST and haven't gotten one yet! I can't believe how hard it is in some states to have to fight for what our kids should get automatically. Sorry you are having these issues w/your EI team! I'll post Kayla's revised goals too, but yes I posted a link to her goals that I posted a few months back too. I think one thing that stands out right now that you should put in her IFSP is that you want ST a specific amt of time; say you want it 2x a month then have them put that in there and then they have to honor what's in the IFSP.
