Garrett was similar. He was making the sounds when he was younger, but then he just kept making those same sounds, even with ST coming out here to our house for 3 years. We truly did not see a big difference until he started preschool at 3 (last year) he's 4 now. He has speech 2 times a week at school, and they are working really hard with him. So many words he can say fine, but there are certain combos that he just can't yet. He must say at least 150 words now; we did find that signing with him helped a ton. Now he's pretty much dropped the signs, unless he sees we are having trouble understanding him.
