Our little guy is 11 months ,but was 3 months premature. He doesn't babble very much but did just recently start with "da-da-da-da" ( just randomly, not when he sees daddy or anything).
But most of the time he's got a really raspy, gurgly voice and makes clicking noises with his tongue , or a vibrating type noise in his throat. We're still trying to figure out if there's underlying hearing problems,too.
Just wondering if this is typical (if there is such a thing) early speech development in DS kids?
