Rouge shows up often in Sonic's story. She mainly tries seducing Knuckles to no avail. Her other forms represent: 2nd form - Rouge has stolen Jenna's staff and is using it to help her break into a blocked off citadel. 3rd form - Rouge becomes deeper interested in Jupiter psynergy and it has some kind of visual affect on her persona.
