WTT black K Rolex ExpII for Panerai

I have a 99% K series (2002) black dial Rolex Explorer II with all boxes, papers, links that I'd like to trade for a Panerai 111 or 112, or other Panerai models.

I'm in Ottawa, the Rolex has been running consistently at +1.25 for over six months.

All reasonable offers will be considered.
