I saw that too. Seems to be too much of a tilt on that to get a 10. From the PSA board it appears that it was submitted by a big name in person at the national. Nice card nonetheless, but I wouldn't be happy getting that 10 in the mail. If I subbed that I'd probably get an 8.
I am working on the 78 OPC set and am over 95% complete. It is very tough to find nicely centered cards due to the small borders. If you look at 4SC's raw cards on eBay (New England Sports Cards) you'll see what the typical 78 looks like. Severe OC and tilts are common, but cards do exist that are perfectly centered with no tilt. So the card that sold is a 9 in my books. Just because a card may be the nicest out there, doesn't mean it should get a 10.
I agree that we'll see this on the registry.
