I was thinking of flying in for the show but I don't think I am. I was going to set up but it's a hassle getting the stuff there and I don't know if it is worth flying in just to buy. Is there alot of vintage guys there? Jim
Luckily for me, Gerry personally delivered some ebay lots to me last time, so I didn't leave empty handed. Spent some time at Len's table, but the vintage that I collect (66-69) was lame, with Exmt at best...he didn't bring his commons. Some other guys had some nice 66 raw commons but I heard them quoting over $20 each for them, so I kept moving....There was some guy selling game worn jerseys and had quite the selection....if you don't mind some no name Flamers or Oilers....
i heard that lafleur is one of the signing guests . from previous shows there is not too much vintage stuff and what you do find has a huge price tag on it . there is very little pre-war sutff , if any . BMW sports cards was there a few years ago with a couple of tables of some really nice stuff , but other then that i haven't seen too much vintage .
