Bobby Orr proof?

Just saw this posted by Al in another thread but think it deserves it's own. What do you guys think of it? I have never heard of proofs from this year before and if it were a proof, I would expect it to be accompanied by a COA from the Topps Vault.

i've seen 1969 OPC proofs too

but hard to determine the value of these....It's not something I would care to collect....they did a nice job of cutting it from the sheet.....

Being a 'proof' it isn't officially a card...

Manufactured Memorabilia--rather have a card that survived thru the trials of time--NOT a card that was cut from a uncut sheet--

NOTE:
NOT saying I have proof from where this came, from but as anexample a Gretzky OPC rookie--

Ron, that sums it up perfectly.....I see all this signed crap offered at the Canuck games....you have no idea how many have been signed, depending on how prolific the autographer is, they could be thousands of them out there.....
