Does anyone have any of the Colgate Hockey Heads for sale?
I have most of the set, but I am missing the following:

Park, Martin, LaFleur, Dionne.

I put most of the set together a long time ago, but then I lost interest and moved on to other sets. I would like to add these last 4 to finish the set.

Hi Earl,

You may want to try Gerry Chartrand at www.gerryssportscards.com he has MANY Colgate heads. Not sure if he has your but it is worth a try.

Hope it helps,

It would seem that at any given point in time you can find a bunch on ebay...

Most of the Colgate Hockey Heads set was easy to find. The Ullman error took a while, but I did find it. But these last 4 have been very tough!

I have seen the Martin and Park before, but always outbid for them. I haven't ever seen the Lafleur before.

I'll check with Gerry Chartrand. I'm sure he'll want a nice premium for thse tough ones!

The four you mention are definitely the hardest to find, regardless of the what the price guides say. I am only missing Dionne for my set, but I have been trying to piece the set together for over 10 years. (I'm sure Dionne's are out there, just not at the price I'm willing to pay right now)

There is a story that the heads were recalled after a child choked on one, and that's why certain heads are hard to find. Not sure if that's true or not ... I always noticed that the name on the back of the Martin heads was difficult to read so it could have been a production problem. Anyone have any thoughts?

Also as a side note, similar heads of soccer players were produced over in England and other parts of Europe.
