Everyone on here seems to be talking about cards that are 100 yrs old sorry I don't have any of that old, old stuff but I do have a question about what I call a vintage set.
Does anyone know why all the Atlanta Flames cards from 80-81 OPC show all the players with red jerseys that are blank and not the Flames logo.I cant remember is it because they were on their way to Calgary and they refused to wear the old "A"

1980-81 was the first season they played in Calgary so OPC would not have had any photos of the guys in the Calgary sweaters. Airbrushing was the technique of the day to make a card as "updated" as possible. (Remember in those days they used photos from the previous season on the current season's cards.)
