Al. The prices that some cards in this set get are a bit surprising but it is probably the most popular set and this is one of the tougher cards. Jim.

Anyone know the winner? He generally wins regardless of cost whne he goes after a card - he's got a nice batch of C55s.

I know it's a tough card but still thought that was alot for a 7. Just wishful thinking I guess, was hoping to be able to pick up this card in a 7 but too much $$$ for me. Anyone have a 5 they want to get rid of ? 4 ?, 3?...

54-55 Topps # 60 Schmidt

February 25 2007, 11:22 AM

Hi,

My first post. I have been occasionally reading posts by others in the last month or so! Many out there may know me from eBay where I have been selling my collection for a few years. I still dabble in the hobby just to keep myself entertained. With regards to the 54-55 Topps set I agree that it is one of the most popular sets out there if not the most popular. Anyways I have un ungraded card of Schmidt #60 for sale in ~ex condition. If interested let me know and I can get anyone who wishes scans.

Thxs,

Rob

Welcome Rob,

I have purchased cards from you many times in the past.

This is a great forum with many people who are serious collectors and know quite a bit about hockey cards. This is a great place to discuss cards, learn lots of interesting things, and occasionally make some nice purchases or trades for vintage hockey cards.

See you on the forum,

Earl Strohmeyer

This card (PSA 1) just went on eBay as a BuyitNow for $20.00.
