Extremely pleased to add the card below to my collection, thanks to fellow board member Chris for a good transaction. Happy for a couple of reasons - it's one of the key cards on my want list and I have been waiting for a nice conditioned copy; and it is the first SGC card I have owned. Actually, it's the first SGC card I have ever seen (in person). Must say I love it, the holder is thicker/heavier than I'd thought and the black background really seems to set the card off. Think I like it better than PSA. My question is regarding the red circle you can see on Mr. Schmidt's shoulder, I have seen these on other Schmidt's, but not all; and I have a couple of other Parkies that don't have a similar mark. Is this something that you all have seen on other 51s ? Other Parkies ? Just curious as to how pervasive it is and whether you think it is grade-affecting. Thanks again Chris, sweet card !

Hi I checked my Schmidt and there is no red mark on the shoulder. Yours is a sweet looking card. Congrats.

al congratulations on your new card. i love it like i love all 51-52 parkies. i have a gordie howe 51-52 parkie myself. since i deal with bmw all of my cards are sgc. i do like the black holder and description sgc has on their cards. i'm not a fanatic about sgc but i do like their holders,etc. over psa. i hope you enjoy and appreciate it over the years like i do with my gordie howe. signed greg
