So with the only PSA 9 going for 45k+ or so what does that do for PSA 8s.
What does the next nice PSA 8 sale for?

PSA 8's keep their value strong around $5,000, with the last sale that I recall at $5,500... I would imagine Joe H would be flogging his PSa 8 now...
