Maybe I could have done my part to help this poor woman write a legible ad, if she only would have asked me!
Personally, I don't see this kind of strategy working on eBay today. Most buyers are at least somewhat savvy, and don't want to just give their money away!
The way things are going in today's housing market, this woman is going to have an even harder time getting financed now. Lenders are getting tougher than ever before, and people without decent credit are going to find it nearly impossible to get a home loan until the economy improves.
I would actually be curious as to what kind of scans she would send!

I once posted a thread here that showed us some idiot on eBay trying to sell his "son's rookie card" for like a million bucks. He stated that if his son was to become a top athlete, you would own his one and only true rookie card. He also said that he needed the money so he could quit his job and spend more time with his family. |
