What do you guys think of the impact (if any) of the .5 bump grade so far? I haven't followed any sales at all but I was wondering if any of you have started to collect the .5 cards. I talked to a couple of baseball guys at the Chicago Sun-Times show last week and they said that it's making a huge difference in their vintage and pre-war stuff.
Not so much in prewar hockey (IMO). I've seen a few for sale from Gerry and just received one back from PSA (out of 36 cards in the submission). I don't think there are enough out there for vintage hockey and they will be 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5s instead of 8.5s in vintage baseball so I doubt they will command huge premiums..
