Tobacco cards on a tight budget

Hey Guys,

I'm wondering what you guys think on this. I really want to collect tobacco cards in PSA 2 or raw cards in good condition. My question is, would you guys think that it would be easier (and less expensive) to go after the C55 set or the C56 set. When I've looked on Ebay recently, it seems that there are more C55's available and at less expensive prices. I don't know if this just what is up right now or indicative of the respective sets.

thanks

My vote goes to the C55 set for easier and less expensive...minus the Vezina which will cost you money in any condition.

C55 is way easier. It's still a classic set but you can finish it even with the Vezina being expensive as it's not particularly rare.

C55's

The C55's are far easier to find and despite the fact there are 9 more cards they should be less expensive. You can put a really nice set together in PSA 2 or lower grade if you are selective.

Yeah, just go after the c55 set. The design is also much better compared to the dull looking c56 set.
