Parcel Bloopper

Just received a parcel with I being the addresser but the cards were cetainly not the ones I won in auction ( I did receive mine in a different parcel). I contacted the seller who advised to return them. I took it a step further and being a member of www.vintagecardprices.com I was able to find out the winner of the cards. I recognized his ebay I.D. and I know he also lives in Toronto as I have won a few of his past auctions and he has won one of mine. I looked his number up and just got off the phone with him. He was obviously estatic as it has been almost a month since he won the auctiions as the seller is from the U.S.

There were all OPC 1972. 4 PSA 9's and 4 PSA 10's for a total value of $975.OO U.S. WOW!!! OH yes they were all commons from the first series. Can't imagine the total cost to complete the other 332 cards in these grades.
Looks like the 70 cards are gaining more interest and this fellow is on the PSA registry with all his other sets. ( So glad I completed all my 70's sets many years ago B-4 3rd party grading.)

It was good to talk to another collector in person as the hour spent talking about the hobby felt like 10 minutes.
Just thought I would share this and wandering if any one else experienced anything similar.

Best, Lyle

Twice it happened to me, but I was the one expecting the cards
sent to the wrong address.

Never got in touch with the person who received the cards as the
seller took care of the issue.
