i phoned the bell center they never put them out .for the first 7 guys that are ret. kind a funny his first listing he said he got them at an estate sale.
For the Orr banner the description says it's new. If you give it a wide interpretation, you can give the seller a chance because he doesn't write "vintage" or "genuine". Also the price is low so it's not such a bad purchase for a Orr fan. He doesn't say it's a copy but he doesn't say it's the real deal.
Many eBay sellers tend to use a very general description that can mislead the buyers on some items. Most of the time they won't lie, they'll just "forget" or avoid some crucial info that could give the true nature of the item.
I remember buying a "mint hockey magazine cover with Maurice Richard 500 goal picture" on eBay, the picture was superb but I received only a front cover. The seller said he never mentionned it was the full magazine he was selling!
