Congrats to the Pittsburgh Pequins on winning the Stanley Cup . The entire series was the best hockey I have seen in years.

Who among us really though Sidney would raise that beautiful cup over his head at such a young age?I new someday he would win it just not this early in his career.

I don't think you should bring Semin's name here. The same way I could say that Crosby would not win anything without Malkin. As for his age it doesn't really matter. Letang is also his age and Jordan Staal is even younger. Barber won the Cup being 21, Gretzky and Bossy were 23. There were almost always potential big stars on the winning team.

But being Red Wings fan in this series, I must say Pens deserve the cup. They were hungrier. Lidstrom, Holmstrom, Draper, Maltby - they all have 4 rings, are too old, and probably tired/not very motivated. They should start thinking of retirement. And that guy, what is his name?....Oh yeah, Chelios.
