So how was the Summit? Just interested if it was a success or not. I would love to see that part of Canada and would make the trip if it was worth it.
Thanks
The Summit show was as professional and organized as any show I have seen, much credit goes out to Dave Martel and the whole crew for putting on this show.
I met many people I have been communicating with for years through phone conversations and emails which I had never met until the show, so it was a great weekend for me to say the least.
Scored some super rare items plus I did some good business as well.
Made some great new contacts and even went to the home opener of the Edmonton Oilers game.
I agree with Bobby 100%. Show was well organized and the promoters took care of the vendors. It was great to finally meet folks that I have been dealing with for years and to get some potential leads. It was a pleasure to meet guys like Garret, Dave, Jim, Bobby, Darren, the Meigray guys, and many others. I enjoyed displaying my collection. It was also nice to talk to people who collect things other than what I do and see the passion most collectors have.
I am already looking forward to attending next year.

Certainly not as big as toronto but bigger than most of the other shows I have been to.
These shows always have a group of local dealers who have some pretty cool stuff you don't usually see, I think its in collectors best interest to go to these shows, never know what you are going to pick up. I picked up a rare uncataloged vintage card.
What rare uncataloged vintage card? Is it part of a set? Is it a premium of some sort? You cannot just say something like that and don't give any details, it's not fair.
