I picked up a large lot of Shirriff/Salada coins and would like to display them. Anyone have suggestions on how I could do so?

THank you!

depending what year or years you have, shirriff did have factory display boards and shields.in 1960-61 they had a large wooden board but it is a very pricey piece.
1961-62 had the six different shields for the original 6 teams-about $50 a piece.
the other years had no factory display stuff so a home made display is in order.
i would do a plank of wood with pre drilled slots the size of your coin and then place it in.
Ultra pro also sells sheets for a binder that the coins will fit so you can place all your coins in one binder.

Suggestions on displaying Shirriff coins

1961-62 is the year I am collecting!

THanks Dan for the great info. Do they make any type of coin holders and then maybe put into some type of 9 pocket plastic page?

Shirriff Coin storage

Hi Neal,

If you go down to a local coin dealer the Shirriff coins fit into cardboard edged sleeves with plastic center for viewing pleasure and these fit into pages perfectly (Coin also I beleive). I am not a coin collector so I do not have all the lingo but I am sure they can help.

Here's how I display my 62/63 coins. The screws have plastic tubing on them so they don't scratch the paint. I've also sdded my display for my 1993 CCG. I'm thinking of getting them graded and putting them in a display like my 04-05 Ult scrapbook autos. I know this set is modern, but It's got a lot of HOFers autos.
