Yes it is possible to complete the 1933 OPC set in all 4 colors. I know someone that has done it. It is VERY, VERY hard to do this but it is possible.
The person that has done this does NOT have the cards graded. This may explian how he was able to do it...Having all 4 sets completly graded would be another feat!! Also depends on if he wanted the set all in the same grade too....
I have heard people discuss the possibility of building the set in all 4 colors, but you couldn't do it with graded cards unless you bought some raw cards and got them graded. Just based on the current population report, you can see that there are only so many of each grade. It doesn't say anything about which color is graded, so you can't know how many of each color are currently graded at a specific level.
I'm sure that it would take a long time to complete a set like this, but it would be quite an accomplishment!
