I have one as well.
I think it was sold in the Bruins pro shop back in 1970-71 season as a team issue product.

The dual English-French text indicates its a promo issue for a Canadian consumer product. That was right about the time Orr was pitching for Yardley cologne, Bic pens, Ford, and various clothing lines, so I would suspect it's tied to one of them.
