C56 printing stone

I was searching vintage cards as usual on eBay and notice this listing.

Yes, it is real, but what he bought it for and what he put it out there at was certainly interesting.

The price was $5576 in Classic Auctions.

It's a nice unusual piece for C56 collectors, but there are no hockey pictures on it, just names and numbers.
It has various non sport stuff on it.
Back then, the printing company would use every inch of stone available...
It's a big piece, at least 20 pounds!

He bought it for a very fair price, but is fishing with an unrealistic selling price.
