I had hoped to win the Gordie Howe PSA 3 rookie but the price went a ton higher than I expected. I was out of the running at 1200 before the buyers premium. It closed at well over $2000 with the 19% added.
Picked up 3 items in the auction, all "crumtastic" ones (meaning they are in crummy condition, but they are tough and otherwise highly desirable cards). I got the Vezina Dominion chocolates card, the V129 lot of 8 cards, and the Tony Leswick Royal Desserts card. Think I got good prices on them.
$5,400 + buyers premium for the SGC mint 1933 OPC Dit Clapper RC. Does anyone else think that's pretty low since hockey has very few mint pre war cards to begin with. Just figured a mint HOF rookie from one of the most popular pre war sets would sell for alot more.
