Opinion needed (PSA again)

I have this card for a long time (bought it on ebay years ago in KSA 6.5 holder)
Submitted to PSA and to my surprise it was returned as PSA 2
Honestly I don't see any big problems except the kind of scratch and paper loss on its back (from L to T in Albert). Should I re-submit it or that paper loss will always cause a low grade?

Paper loss will automatically make it a PSA 2 or less.

PSA

I have seen this kind of thing before with pre-war cards. I don't think that I would call it paper loss. More like light wear.

I'm not sure what PSA will do, but if the rest of the card is solid, I would consider re-submitting it.

re-sub

I would definately re-sub. That is a card that could come back a 6 next time, if there are no other flaws.

I have submitted many like that and the highest grade I have received is a PSA 2.5

I would not give PSA any more of your money for their so-called professional grading services. Attached is a card graded PSA 5 but appears to have a front heavy crease along with paper loss. This card is G+ or VG at best. Certainly not a PSA5 card and certainly not professional grading. There is no reason why your card should not have graded at least VG+ provided the front is problem free.

The attached card is only one of several PSA mis-graded I have scans of.

Mistakes like this should not happen by a business that sells itself as a professional grading company.

Another lousy professional grade

A 60' Topps I bought from a big EBay seller a few years ago:

What you see at the bottom right corner is a blue pen mark. I didn't see
it on the low res. scan when I bought the card. If a situation like this
would occur to me today, I would return the card to the seller.

I don't understand how a PSA grader could pass over obvious things like this.

PSA mistakes

Had you sent the PSA 8 card with the pen mark back to PSA they would have paid you the difference in value between what you paid and the equivalent PSA 8 MK card.
