Eric has already posted a link to gettyimages.com, but I wanted to emphasize how helpful this site has been to me in terms of identifying which bats and which gloves players are using. In fact, I have been able to positively photo match at least two gloves from my personal collection because of this site. I've also talked to dozens of bat collectors who appreciate this site because of the over abundance of bat companies and the frequency at which players switch bats. Great stuff, and free to browse.

One thing to be careful with regarding Getty is dating....although most is accurate, I don't regard the dates as being slam-dunk proof of a particular piece of equipment or jersey style being used at the time actually listed.

I have it easy with Tennessee football because they only play opponents once in a given year and I have enough resources to verify dates based on that, but for baseball/basketball/hockey/NFL it takes a bit more research.
