Hey-
I think you might have more luck with this if you posted the message in the General Discussion Forum. Seems like that's what gets the most posts.

I have sent Fred several game-used bats with cracks, and the only problem I have had with him is that sometimes the repair is so good you can't even tell it was repaired. As bats change hands, I'm sure some of his bats pass as being uncracked, rather than cracked and repaired. Prices are reasonable, and he is a pleasure to deal with.

Fred Lowman is the BEST in the business. Short of trying to repair your own bats and ruin a potential good investment, better off having a true professional handle it for you. Fred is absolutely a great, personable guy, and VERY reasonable. I had a completely broken minor league gamer of Cal Ripken Jr. repaired by Fred and was literally amazed at what he did; a miracle worker. Have no doubts on his expertise!

Known Fred Lowman for 15 years. Does museum quality work and you couldn't know a nicer fellow. A credit to the bat world.

Fred Lowman - The Artist

Yet another plug for Fred Lowman, the Michelangelo of cracked bat repair. I sent Fred the Ichiro bat seen below last Friday. I had the bat back by Tuesday - and look at the results! Truly amazing work.

Thanks Fred!

DID HE PAINT IT TOO? DOES HE REPAIR ALL CRACKED BATS OR JUST THE EASY ONES?
