Bruce Lee's diet and training schedule

Does anyone have, or know where I can get hold of a detailed description of what bruce lee ate and when, and what exercises he performed and when and for how long etc, and his cardio schedule etc?

some or most of the information is in one of books by John Little, (he wrote about 5 of them).the books are at all big book stores or online.

Workout Schedule
Waist twists - four sets of 90 repetitions.
Sit-up twists - four sets of 20 repetitions.
Leg raises - four sets of 20 repetitions.
Leaning twists - four sets of 50 repetitions.
Frog kicks - four sets of 50 repetitions.
run, jump rope and ride a stationary bicycle,run covered a distance of two to six miles and was accomplished in 15 to 45 minutes,run a mile, walk a mile, run a mile.
45 minutes (about 10 miles).
health foods and high-protein drinks
Several times a day, he took a high-protein drink made up of powdered milk, ice water, eggs, eggshells, bananas, vegetable oil, peanut flour and chocolate ice cream

why would you want to know what his cardio and eating schedule/diet is? we know WAY more about training techniques and nutrition than bruce did at the time. nothing personal against him, hut there is a wealth of information that we have now, more than 30 years later.
