If you read the book, youll see that bruce lee followed some general nutrition guidelines. We know a hellovalot more about nutrition now then we did back in the '70s though. i suggest you look through other channels if you actually want results.
Sure, We know so much about nutritional values these days that 30% of children in USA are clinically obese.
No, there is nothing new about Bruce Lee's diet or healthy diet in general but if Bruce can inspire you to remember what it is then so be it
because if your parents grew up in the wreckless generation of mass consumption of the eighties then they ain't got nothing useful to teach you :-o
What is profound is that Bruce took a a strong asprin-based tablet and died. My guest is that he probably never taken any western medicine in his whole life. His body didn't need it and it re-acted fatally.
Personally I haven't taken any tablets either for the last 10 years. ...and I certainly haven't taken any "off the shelf" tablets in the whole of my life.
I think this point is equally as important as a healthy diet.
Do you ever wonder why the same corporations that manufacture drugs for head aches, migrains, indigestions etc. are the same ones that also make high sugar content fizzy drinks, high fat content frozen food, with enough additives and preservatives to turn your stomach in to a mini chemist ?
