I train on a wall bag,pads,spar,heavy bag,do straight blast with dunbells in my hands and weight train to aid and improve my punch power. what more can i do to increase my punch power? I also concerntrate on tecnique.
Work on the specific tecniqe and flexibility in your hips. Let them initiate the punch. Let the move begin in the hips and then upwards your body. See your shoulders and hands as only the deliver of the power made in your hips. So begin the movement in the hips letting it go up in your relaxed shoulders and hands. Only in the sec. on impact tense up in your hands and shoulder. And of course let the punch hit inches behind your target.

but like posted the hip snap is very important to the power, i can give you a grate exsample to the hip snap my instrutor many years ago did the 3inch puch on me as part of lurning the 3,1 and floting punch with phone book on my chest with people to kach me,
