Need advise: What specific muscle group areas should be trained for JKD; also, any specific exercises that I should be doing in the local gym, ie. free weights, nautilus, isometrics, etc.. Also, any specific strtching exercises..I appreciate any and all feedback...
I'm wondering the same thing. I'm new to JKD, and am in a unique situation. I'm disabled from the waist down, meaning I can't stand or kick or anything like that. However, my upper body is full functioning. I know that I cannot fully train as someone else can with JKD, but I would like to do as much as I can in the position that I'm in. I'm going to start my own thread and detail it further there, any information would really be appreciated.
